Noah Baumbach, who previously collaborated with Adam Driver and Netflix on the critically acclaimed film Marriage Story, penned the screenplay and will also helm White Noise. The film is an adaptation of Don DeLillo’s satirical novel of the same name, published in 1985.

According to the logline, the movie dramatizes a contemporary American family’s attempts to deal with the mundane conflicts of everyday life while grappling with the universal mysteries of love, death, and the possibility of happiness in an uncertain world. The film is hilarious and horrifying, lyrical and absurd, ordinary and apocalyptic.

The actors include Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig, Don Cheadle, Raffey Cassidy, Sam Nivola, May Nivola, Lars Eidinger, Andre Benjamin, and Jodie Turner-Smith featured in this motion picture.

Baumbach, David Heyman, and Uri Singer are responsible for producing White Noise. In August of 2022, it was shown for the first time anywhere in the globe at the Venice International Film Festival.
