To Mom (And Dad), With Love Releasing Date

In honor of the upcoming Mother’s Day, Apple TV+ has released the official trailer for its next Peanuts special, titled, To Mom (And Dad), With Love, which will begin streaming on Friday, May 6.

The To Mom (and Dad), With Love trailer, features the Peanuts gang as they attempt to come up with the perfect Mother’s Day gift. It also pokes fun at Peppermint Patty’s predicament given the circumstances.

To Mom (And Dad), With Love is based on the classic Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz and executive produced by Craig Schulz, Bryan Schulz, Cornelius Uliano, Paige Braddock, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts, Amir Nasrabadi, and Anne Loi. Clay Kaytis directs the film, which also has James Brown and Timothy Jason Smith on the production team.

“While the other kids are excited to celebrate the special day, Peppermint Patty sees it as a reminder that she didn’t grow up with a mother,” according to the synopsis. “With her good friend Marcie by her side, she quickly realizes that real families come in all shapes and sizes and that Mother’s Day is an opportunity to express gratitude to that special person in your life who means the most to you. Meanwhile, Snoopy and Woodstock set out on an epic journey to track down Woodstock’s long-lost mother.”

The special, which was produced for Apple TV+ by Peanuts and WildBrain, is a sweet Mother’s Day celebration of friendship and family that features the beloved Peanuts gang.
