They/Them Releasing Date
Kevin Bacon is going to star in the upcoming original slasher flick They/Them, which was just given a new teaser trailer by Peacock.
Kevin Bacon, Anna Chlumsky (Inventing Anna), Theo Germaine (The Politician), and Carrie Preston are among the actors featured in They/Them (Claws). Anna Lore (All American), Quei Tann (Dear White People), Austin Crute (Booksmart), Monique Kim (Looks That Kill), Cooper Koch (A New York Christmas Wedding), and Darwin del Fabro are some of the actors that have starred in recent films (Dangerous Liaisons).
John Logan, winner of multiple screenwriting awards (for films such as Gladiator, The Aviator, Hugo, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and Skyfall), will make his directorial debut with this film, which he will also helm as director.
Peacock will be the exclusive streaming service for the debut episode of They/Them, which will take place on August 5, 2022.

According to the movie’s official synopsis, Kevin Bacon plays the role of Owen Whistler, a slasher who terrorizes a gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning youth at a conversion camp. “During their week at Whistler, a number of queer and transgender campers participate in activities designed to “assist them in discovering a newfound sense of freedom.” The campers had no choice but to band together in order to protect themselves from the increasingly unpleasant effects that the camp’s practices are having on their psyches. When an unidentified serial killer begins taking lives, the situation becomes even more precarious.
