In Front of Your Face Trailer
The former actress Sangok (Lee Hyeyoung) has returned to Seoul after years spent abroad, where she is currently staying with her sister Jeongok (Cho Yunhee) in her high-rise apartment. In addition to sleeping in late, the siblings have breakfast in a café and dine at a restaurant owned by Jeongok’s son. Sangok’s day begins to unfold, and it becomes clear that she is concealing a great deal (a spill on her blouse, a run-in with a family member at her childhood home, among other things).
The mysterious circumstances surrounding her meeting with film director Jaewon (Kwon Haehyo) to discuss her return to acting have something to do with her decision. Lee, a well-known theater and screen actress in South Korea, makes an enthralling return to the big screen in this, her first role for the director Hong.
