Investigate the lore and folklore that surround the making of some of the most infamously “cursed” horror films in Hollywood’s history. These tales are legendary not only among moviegoers but also among those who work in the film industry, and they range from the supposed usage of real human skeletons on the set of Poltergeist to the plane crashes and explosions that occurred during the production of The Omen. But where exactly may one find the truth? Through interviews with experts, witnesses, and members of the cast, directors, and producers who were present during the actual events, Cursed Films unveils the occurrences that were responsible for the haunting of these productions. Many people have the impression that these movies were tainted by a curse, but what if they were just the unfortunate targets of strange occurrences?

Jay Cheel is responsible for both the writing and directing of the series. The first season covered the films Poltergeist, The Crow, The Exorcist, and The Omen. It also covered The Twilight Zone: The Movie.

But first, I think I’ll have to see Stalker… Although I’m familiar with the title of the film, I’m not entirely sure if I’ve ever seen it.
